A couple of months ago, we shared a blog post with a handful of our favorite free Salesforce training resources. Now we’re creating a follow-up with some of our favorite paid resources.
If you’ve recently implemented Salesforce at your office or you simply want to increase your skillset and knowledge, we highly recommend one of the following platforms.
1. Salesforce. Salesforce’s TrailHead Academy delivers both in-person and virtual meetups around the world. Currently, there are 43 different courses, and the library is always growing. There’s something for everyone, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes as well as classes specifically for administrators, developers, and business users. You can also select training by platform. For example, Salesforce offers training in Community Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Einstein, and Einstein Analytics.
2. Lynda.com. Lynda is LinkedIn’s online training platform. Currently, Lynda.com offers 33 different courses and over 707 video tutorials on Salesforce. You can also register and take a month of courses for free, just to make sure you like the content. Lynda is unique in that it offers packages for both teams and businesses.
3. Udemy. Udemy is an online training platform with over 30 million students worldwide. In addition, it’s home to over 200 different courses on Salesforce including topics such as user basics, app building, and practice tests for administrators. What’s more, many Udemy classes offer digital certificates. After completing your course, you can receive certification and then add it to your resume, LinkedIn profile, or portfolio.
4. Pluralsight. Pluralsight is like Lynda.com and Udemy in that it’s an online training platform. However, Pluralsight only offers courses on topics for software developers, IT administrators, and creative professionals. If you really want to understand the ins and outs of Salesforce, Pluralsight probably provides the best bang for your buck. You can also sign up for a 10-day free trial.
