Watch YouTube. YouTube isn’t just a place to watch cat videos or music videos. It’s also home to hundreds of Salesforce users who regularly upload videos regarding tips, tricks and insights. Brainiate created a helpful list a few years back that you can access here. You can also use the YouTube search tool to find videos on Salesforce-specific topics catered to your individual interests.
Join a Salesforce group on LinkedIn. LinkedIn is home to dozens of Salesforce groups including Salesforce Power Users, Salesforce Certification and Salesforce Developers. Each of these groups features thousands of members with years of experience and knowledge that they’re happy to share. Join a group, post your question in the forum and start learning.
